Entries: Entries are due by November 30. Reasonable limits will be applied to all events, entries, schools, and teams. We would like to accommodate as many students as our school can physically manage without distracting from the quality of the tournament. Individual drops after December 2nd may result in $25.00 per Utah Debate Coach Association rules.

Judges: One judge is required for every 2 PF/CX teams, or 3 Lincoln Douglass entries, or portions thereof? Double entries count as two entries thus we may need another judge. Failure to provide judges may result in a dropping of entries. Remember, the judges are committed all day. We will provide food for judges and coaches. We will also have a food available for debaters so they will not have to leave the campus.

Awards: Finalists will be determined by wins and then cumulative points for individual Events. We will provide awards for top five in each event, one award for highest speaker points, and one sweep award for the winning school.

Food: Concessions will be affordable. Please advise students to bring a little cash for snacks.

Tab Room: will be located in the library. We run an open, friendly, informative tab room. We encourage new coaches to learn about how a Tab room operates and welcome questions about the Utah Debate Community.

Fees: Payment is expected before or at registration.
